Anyone have damage from blow-only winterizing?

I do the blow method. There are also 4 low point drains that I open and close then blow. Then I open the low points again and leave open. Nothing ever came out after opening the low points afterwards. Never had a freeze up.
Used antifreeze prior to that method. Twice the PITA and twice as long. Had to do twice a year because I had to do it in the spring when we get back from AZ for the just in case freezing temps.
