This is a common question at this time of year. Obviously from comments above blowing the lines works for many people. There is a level of risk though, as a high volume of air is required to get nearly all of the water out of the system. It's volume, not pressure that atomizes the water and carries it out of the piping.
I use the antifreeze method as IMO it has essentially zero risk, is cheap and I sleep better with no worries about water remaining in the piping.
