I used to use antifreeze but could always taste it for the entire season.
After the winter when I'm finally ready to de-winterize for the spring/summer/fall season I do a rinse of water/bleach through the lines then another with vinegar to neutralize the taste of bleach then after that plain old tap water. After that it's as good as drinking out of the tap at home. BTW we have excellent water here at home.
It is NOT that hard to get the pink out of the lines, the cleaning you do prior to starting the "summer" season of camping should take care of any taste of pink.
I'm sure works well for you, however in my case I have to winterize and de-winterize 5 or 6 times a year, usually on I-77 in West Virginia.
My method of de-winterizing involves putting 5 gallons of water (carried with us from home in a collapsible tote) into the FW tank. My DW usually does this while I'm gassing up. It takes about the same time as the gas does.
