I was looking at the JAYCO X213 very seriously a couple years back with the idea of converting the bunk area into a small storage just inside the storage door and the rest converted into an L-shaped desk office/radio console/computer area setup.. Complete with roll up office chair.

The top of this area is the top bunk which has to be removed also..
Removing both bunk beds gives up alot of room for an office setup.
This is the L-SHAPED desk from OFFICE DEPOT I would be modifying to fit in the available space. The L-desk attachment would only have to be shortened to fit the area...
All the desktop office items have to be engineered to strap down during transport...
M computer plan was to use the DELL 17-inch laptop computer that snaps into the docking station which routes all of the dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and speakers to the laptop. When you are not in the trailer just unsnap the laptop and take with you... Everything else stays secured on the console. There is even enough room for a nice HP printer setup with this arrangement...
My Internet connection is all handled using the VERIZON MIFI WIFI network for five connected devcices...
