Haven't done it with a TT, but have used vans and box trucks converted to office space. Usually on those projects, we would sleep in hotels.
As for the small TT idea, if you are going to kick some of the kids into it, and use it as extra living space, then it isn't really your office, and you are back to where you started. Been there, done that, with my office/den doubling as a recreational space for the kids, overflow guest room, and storm shelter. Back to looking for office space again.
