Anyone Towing a 5er with a Half Ton TV?

Please share your experience be it good or bad. I'd be interested in knowing what you're towing, pin weight, dry and/or loaded weight, what your tow vehicle is & any additional info you'd like to share. Thanx.

NOTE TO WEIGHT POLICE: This isn't an open invitation to discuss pros & cons, shoulda, woulda, coulda. We've all heard it presented a thousand different ways. Thank you for understanding.

    I toasted the transmission on my 2002 Chevy 1500 at 30,000 miles because I didn't do my research and believed the dealer when he told me that my truck could pull a 2002 28 footer. That FW had a pin weight of about 1,900 and weighed around 9K. Since then, I've graduated to a 2500, then an F350 as my FWs got bigger.
