we spend 2 - 3 months each year in part of South Dakota where there is limited over the air reception .... for national channels we use Direct TV but for local stations we need to rely on the camper's antenna .... first we added a Wingman to our OEM antenna and it did help a little .... from there we went to a replacement Jack antenna head .... the improvement with the Jack has been remarkable .... it is more directional than the OEM or the OEM with the Wingman but that hasn't proved to be a problem
