Just don't equate "no anecdotal evidence" to "has never happened" or "can't/won't ever happen."
This forum represents a mere fraction of a fraction of the RV community as a whole, and gooseneck adapters are not that common. I'm sure there are gooseneck adapter damage stories out there. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
That said, under normal circumstances it probably won't ever be a problem for you. Probably. Normal acceleration, deceleration, cornering, and cruising forces on the pinbox are a mere fraction of what the frame is designed to take. Even amplified by the gooseneck adapters, it will be well in spec.
Of course, assuming that there are no underlying flaws in the structure...
Sink your fully-loaded gooseneck up to its belly in sticky, heavy mud and hook a dozer to the truck to get it out... All bets are off.
