Never had a problem, I figure insurance would probably cover anything of value that was lost, which not much of that in there...unless you are a RV'er yourself.
Of course, it didn't stop me from emptying the entire trailer prior to my winter storage...the difference being other other weekend or so visits to 1 or 2 every couple months if that.
