I replaced our compartment locks with these, they came in a 5-pack keyed alike:
Problem is that you can only remove the key in the locked position, so to leave the door unlocked means it wont seal across the bottom, which I traced to a soaking of the compartment when I left it like that in a driving rain last season.
I am considering getting rid of the locks altogether too.
