Traveling out west this summer and never staying overnight at a Walmart I noticed a lot of old beater vans parked on the edges of the Walmart lots which I assume where overnighters. Some had jugs scattered about and other miscellaneous items laying around which I thought was odd and I even felt a bit uneasy leaving my rig parked by them while running in the store. For some reason I don't think Walmart envisioned people staying weeks on end in their parking lots but I could be wrong. One of the YouTube channels I follow (living Free) was just complaining about people overstaying at Walmart and BLM lands and taking advantage of the situation. My brother lives out west and told me people park their rigs on NFS land for the entire summer and use it as their personal vacation home never moving it. In the end it will be people like this who will ruin it for everyone I would imagine.
