Yes there is something you can do! Call the Non Emergency number for your local police and report it! Have your neighbors call, the more pressure they get the faster they will act!
We went thru the parking lot camper **** a few years ago, It was way out of hand,Sheriff would move them and they would be back the next night. A community meeting with the local authorities and we were advised to call and complain to our county and city representatives, call local Sheriff and police and report it.
Not much they can do unless its a problem. Next community meeting we invited/encouraged the big box store reps to show up. Some did and since them the County,City and stores have changed there policy! No more overnight parking! Strictly enforced!!
I pass by the local Home Depot and Walmart early (O dark thirty) and have seen tow trucks and police cars/Sheriff vehicles towing and moving over nighters!
So yes you can do something!
