What is an appropriate speed to drive on the expressway while towing?

They must take all the rage out on me. Because even crusing at 65-68 depending on the speed limit cars are flying by me like I am standing still and some are crazy enough to run up past me then cut drivers right to make an exit lane rather then wait behind me for a few seconds.
