When it's other peoples money, it doesnt get used frugally.
And we're still paying for the huge tax cuts of the adminn prior to that one.
I don't see any significant changes until this attitude changes. There is more than enough cash/revenue in the system. We don't have a revenue problem, we have an allocation and waste problem.
