Most RV'S are built during the winter for the next year. If you buy in the spring it was built during the winter. The exception is if you special order a model.
I bought both of my RV's in the winter, I didn't take delivery until the spring (May). The deal was made and price was decided in the winter; they got their money after I did my inspection and took delivery in the spring. I don't really care when they were built.
