Are RVs delivered winterized in cold environments?

I just picked up a brand new Airstream Interstate class B motorhome in South Florida a few days ago and they charged me to winterize it. I was just wondering if that is normal? A little background...

It only takes 15minutes to winterize and RV with $5 worth of antifreeze. I wouldn't pay that on a brand new RV. In fact I would call the dealer out on that! I'm paying $100k and you want to charge me $132 more for a $50 service! Then again it's only $132!

Either way it wont freeze on your trip if it was done right!
