Dealer wanted $400 to replace. You can buy the part (Genuine OEM GM) for about $50.00. Video on youtube will show you how to replace it in about 5 minutes if you're drinking beer and very slow.

There's a hidden screw, cluster pops out, unplug the wiring, plug the new one in, pop it back into the door, replace the screw and you're done. Took me longer to type this than replace the part!
