Reasley.. You are not alone in thinking that..
Many of the "As Seen On TV" products are, in fact, junk, made in China and not all that well made.. Other products actually perform as advertised.. This is why I like to buy them in a sticks and bricks.. I have purchased a few of them over the years with mixed results. Usually they did what I wanted.
Sometimes you can find a competitor's product for less if you shop around.
