You can sharpen ceramic knives but it needs a specialty sharpener and I haven't the interest in buying and storing an additional $40-70.00 gizmo to accomplish the task. It's been my experience that knives need to be sharpened at least one a week unless you just don't use them much.
I found the knife.. Would a diamond wheel at low speed sharpen them. I have those for my variable speed Dremel knockoffs. (one is actually a re-labeled Dremel).
I used to work for a man who could sharpen anything,, INCLUDING your wits.. A fellow Ham radio operator ran a company called Grinding Service.. Alas, last time I drove past it was gone.
