We used some of the ones that Home Depot sells. The design we got had tile, stone, and stainless pieces imbedded in each sheet of "peel and stick".
It went up pretty easily and has stayed nice for almost a year. I used a 10" tile (wet) saw to make my cuts but any cuts that were into a stainless section had to be cut with a metal cutting tool.
It does look really nice once it is installed.
