I installed the Aspect stainless tiles in our house. I used the brushed stainless and champagne colored tiles to create a pattern. They come brushed the long way, side to side or up and down so you can create all kinds of patterns. I used the glue they recommended to stick them on. Our walls are sheet rock with a skim coat of wet plaster so not as flat as drywall would be. I would suggest gluing them in the motorhome too, don't want them pooping off while bouncing down the road.
I'll try to get some pics later and post them here if I can figure out how.
BTW: I think they look great and wasn't hard to put up.
