Thanks, wish the pics were better but so much reflection off the granite countertop. We're pleased with the way it turned out. We went for a long time without a backsplash after installing new cabinets and countertop. Just couldn't find the right thing until I found these. I bought several packs of tiles champagne and stainless and played with them until I found the pattern I liked.
Yes they're individual tiles. Long grain means the brushed stainless is brushed across the length of the tile. They have short grain where the brush marks run the short way. Gives more options for creating patterns. They also have a copper finish tile, too dark for my taste.
Check the Aspect website for installation tips. To cut a tile I first marked the cut. Then used a brickset chisel to dent the tile in where cut would be. This bevels the edge slightly like the rest of the edges. Next I clamped the tile down to a work table and used my Rotozip tool with a thin metal cutting blade.
A little time consuming but not difficult. I did 3 walls, had to go around a window, 2 corners, 5 switches/outlets. An RV kitchen should be a piece of cake.
