There are lots of angles to this,but the bottom line if someone looks like they need help I will offer.
Most people accept the offer.
I can understand some who decline the offer and prefer to struggle by themselves.
Struggling is the only way to learn how to do it right in many cases.
Struggling is part of the learning curve that all rookies have to go through.
It is beneficial in the long run to struggle if driver doesn't appear to be risking damage.
