I live full time at a park and we get lots of newbies on the weekends looking to do the trial run before their big adventure. I will usually walk on over, introduce myself, and let them know if they have any questions or need any help that my door is open. All they have to do is ask.
I would not drive any person's rig though. I do want that liability if I do ding it. I will only provide the eyes and help with the hookups.
Basically, do not want to be pushy or seem condescending, but I want them to know that I can friendly and helpful if need be.
