Take one of the two LT tire sizes above and tag them with 65 mph speed restrictions and what load rating could they place on them?

I think Tireman9 answered that question in an earlier post in this thread:Tireman9 wrote:
Now, as we all know, an ST type tire has a higher load capacity rating than a similar sized LT type tire.
ST235/75R15 LR-C is rated 2340# @ 50 psi (min) and 65 mph (max).
LT235/75R15 101/104Q LR-C is rated 1985# @ 50 psi (min) and 75 mph (max).
Since load capacity is normally a function of tire size (air volume) and its inflation. If however we also decrease the tread depth and the lower the maximum operating speed we can increase load capacity slightly.
Since some accommodation would probably have to be made to offset the increased tread depth on the LT, I s'pose it couldn't/shouldn't be allotted a capacity as high as the equivalent ST.
You seem to think ST tires are something special, when if fact they are just cheap tires that dodge normal tire standards and receive inflated ratings that they do not deserve. The fact that they are not intended to carry passengers allows them to play the game they do.
The Maxxis ST8008M is the only one that is even close to being in the league of a real tire.
