At what psi can I travel 65-75mph?
This Maxxis pdf has the same table. Using the table(s) above, my ST175/80R13 with 1060lbs load could run at a minimum 35psi with ~4% reserve capacity. Is there a +10lbs rule? I run with +1...

I will likely end up with an e-mail to The Tire and Rim Association, Inc.. That might be the 'industry standard' from the Goodyear PBS. I guess that can be the other end of the horse. :)
I do want Kumho 857 185R14 65psi 1874lbs Q=99mph, but I would also need rims; and that is double the cost. Imagine 804lbs reserve capacity per tire!
