At what psi can I travel 65-75mph?

By the load chart, the maximum sidewall pressure for the tire in question is 50psi. 60psi would exceed the max pressure for the wheel(tire + rim). If I were you, which I'm not, I wouldn't do it. You are exceeding the maximum.
