You can not go above the PSI rating of the wheel… the wheel is the tire and rim assembly… for example my rims are rated for 75PSI and my tire is rated for 65 PSI, making my wheel rating 65PSI, the lower of the two…

Could you please then cite the phrasing of the PSB that actually says what you believe like I did?
