And I guess I don’t understand your question,
the claimed and cited industry standard says you can increase the cold inflation pressure by 10 psi (69 kPa) above the recommended pressure for the rated maximum load, but you CAN NOT exceed the maximum pressure for the wheel… I explained what the wheel is…
It’s clear as mud to me that the wheel rating is the determining factor… and is what can be expected from some committee member writing industry standards that maybe has never even seen a ST tire or even been inside a RV…
They start by stating the standard as a speed restriction for normal load AND normal inflation… there is no definition for normal other than the inflation Tables that list the proper PSI by LOAD… yes it’s different than the maximum load or maximum inflation…
For my personal use I keep the tires inflated to the max PSI and travel below rated 65 PMH, so I am not too concerned about their silly standards… and my personal belief is that running the ST tire above its 65 MPH rating or its PSI rating is a way to insure problems with the tire…
