The sticking point for me is trying to understand that
" PSI is obtained from the inflation/load chart for the tire and using that pressure plus 10 PSI"
is equal to
"cold inflation pressure by 10 psi (69 kPa) above
the recommended pressure for the rated maximum load".
Goodyear says the latter.
