In the Atwood manual it shows you how to check the board with a muti meter that takes several mins. You can also look at the backside of the board to see if it has burned tracks (which would indicate a bad board) if the board it the newer type ,non potted. I would hook it up directly by passing the board to see if it works. Doing this will clean any contacts and probably cause it to work when re installed properly. Lastly if the ignighter keeps clicking when the hot water is turned on then shuts off, try reducing the air coming into the gas flow. If you get no power to it I would also check the thermal fuse they can go bad if they get wet or overheat. It is probably something simple.
