Auto Motion Shade Parts

I'm having difficulty getting in touch with AMS.

Has anyone replaced the spring components in theirs before and can share where they purchased them from?

The parts 'look' identical to the Irvine Slow Motion Shade but Irvine claimed they aren't the same.
