Firstly, it sounds like you need a better anti-virus if the one you have, can't tell the difference or maybe won't allow you to open any link. I recommend Avast free version and use it over others, regardless of cost. If you'd like the guide in a PDF file, send me a PM with your addy and hopefully your email version will allow these type attachments, which are one of the most popular.
