Automatic trannys four down
We're thinking of getting a toad but DW insists on an automatic. I've got crossed eyes looking all over and can't find anything but sites that only lead to other sites with NO information. Does anyon...

This thread has gotten so long, I've forgotten why the simplest for towing, best and most terrain versatile SUV in the world and namely the Jeep Wrangler won't fit the bill here?
And you made it longer by not reading my original post that my wgt. limit was 3500lbs which your Jeep doesn't come close to meeting. Mowermech has it just about right. Thanks everyone for your time but I think I'll keep on renting vehicles and scrap the toad idea.
