- The odd thing is that most of the trailers and motor homes had awnings out. That must have been a sudden storm but I was surprised to see most of the awnings still in tact.

- Terrible! Scarry what can happen. I cut down a tree that was leaning over my house, right over our bedroom and i was on the side where the tree was. I wasn't taking a chance with that one!
Anyone notice the 5'er that still had it's awning out and in one piece? - Yup, happened last July. Severe wind storm.
No translation required, texts don't add much. - I noticed no snow so it can't be very recent. If that was around Ottawa/Montreal it was probably the big wind they had in July.
- Sure could use a translator, but then the pics say it all, no matter what language they're in. :(
- The operative word in that photo is OUCH!!!!
- I like camping in the trees. Something like that is just a risk you have to take. As for tornados, if one get close by the park I most often frequent the local Sheriff drives through the park telling everyone on his PA to get into the toilets because that is the tornado shelter.
- This is one reason why I camp in the desert.
- Makes you wonder how the Class A would have done in a rollover.
