Awning Replacement - Easy/Hard?

How easy/hard is it to replace the fabric of an about-20-foot wide powered awning?

This would be a one-man-with-a-stepladder job.

We hardly ever use the awning but it's nice to have when we do. Kicker is that it's just the couple inches at the top where it's always exposed to sun & weather. The rest of it looks almost new, only slightly faded from the sun on top.
