I was in a situation recently where the last spot could have been mine at a rest stop if I backed my toad into the spot. It would have been almost a straight shot into the spot. If someone was able to steer the toad wouldn't it be doable? i am talking a straight shot not around a corner. Also how many times have you had to drop the toad because of bad directions or misjudgments. 30ft. Cambria with a Wrangler toad.

We do it. The wife gets in the toad, starts it then holds the steering straight. I back up the MH and toad. Works best if you can back up in a semi straight line.

This is the reason when going long distance we go 4 up. twice now we have dropped the jeep to get out of a fuel stop.

Never have had to drop the toad. 2X have backed up maximum of 2 ft.Planning ahead is imperative.

Check Craigslist for used tow bars you are going to need it.

This is the reason when going long distance we go 4 up. twice now we have dropped the jeep to get out of a fuel stop.
