Bad plug blew my TV!!!!! who's liable??????

Just go by a new tv at best buy, you are going to spend more time and money going after the liability issue, next time check the pedestal voltage before you plug in to it, go to Home Despot and get a pug in monitor and a plug in voltage meter to check the pedestals, I have found a couple that were bad, informed the park management and they corrected it immediately.
