Some people are more protected than others. In the end it is always the Dogs who pay for one's carelessness in life.
Shame. It's so easy to avoid, yet many never make the effort and few are ever held responsible when the innocent are harmed.
I must have missed the part in the article that said the accident was caused by carelessness. Could have been a mechanical failure, could have been a dog jumping around in the car, could have been a swerve to avoid a child playing in the road, who knows.
