Is there a water filter in the kitchen water line that's holding up the flush & retaining the bleach?

No filter in kitchen just an inline for the whole system

Definitely take the filter out and at least rinse it well, and possibly replace it. Also flush out your low point drains, they can hold some residual bleach or antifreeze.

  • Baking soda will do a good job of eliminating chlorine taste and odor.

We just never got into the habit of drinking from our fresh water tank. It is only used for washing dishes and showers. We carry the same brand of bottled water all the time to ensure our fresh grind and brew BEAN coffee maker taste the same so that is what we end up using for our drinking water...

Not saying there is is anything wrong with using the fresh water tank for drinking just never got in the habit of using it for consumption...

Same goes with the various city water sources at the campgrounds... Never use it for consumption...

Same here. Always bring bottled water for drinking. Campground and tank used for everything else. Water in US is hit n miss as to consistant quality.
