Even though lots of shops in Yuma, I didn't find any shops I would recommend. Locals really don't know about real rain and damage it can do IMO.
You don't say if yours are leaking or if caulking just looks bad.
When I was faced with same problem, I was going to just re-seal but after cleaning up old caulking, I found a crack in skylight, so I replaced it.
If roof is TPO make sure the caulking that is applied (by you or rv fix it guy) is compatible with TPO.
Beautiful place to dry stuff out or to get out of the rain:)
