Reesidental fridge draws 10 to 20 amps running (About half the time)
Batteries hold
Group 24 about 75 each
Group 27/29 Just under/over 100 each
Group 31 about 130
On these 12 volt MARINE/deep cycle batteries you can safely use about 25 percent
GC-2 (Six volt golf car batteries) about 220 give or take and you can use safely HALF. NOTE these are the 20 hour rates.. Faster discharge you get LESS capacity
SO if your fridge is 10 amps. a pair of GC-2 MIGHT provide overnight power provided you dont' sleep in. and have NO OTHER LOADS.
Reason # 1 why I have an Absorption (RV type) Fridge not a compressor job.
