I have a 2018 FR Sandpiper fifth wheel and we only had one battery installed from the dealer. We added another one. With no hookups, our residential fridge will operate overnight with our two batteries. We have never used the heat and fridge, but I would think that it would really tax two batteries to run the heat throughout the night. Maybe turn the heat on to really warm it up inside the RV with the truck still running and charging the batteries, then turn it off, jump in the bed and cover up. With enough blankets/quilts, they should be good for the night. It won't be warm and cozy, but it would work for the night.
