Battery Amp Hour
Does the amp hour rating double when two twelve volt batteries are used? I understand that they need to be both new so they don't go down to the lowest setting. thanks

If you have 2 6V batteries and one goes bad you only 1 6V battery and that won't power anything in the trailer. Probably won't happen very often but something to consider. 6V batteries are larger also so make sure you have enough room if you go that route.
