Battery corrosion
I have 2 6V battery's in my MH. they are hooked up to solar panels on the roof I'm also hooked to shore power. About evert 5 or 6 weeks I have to clean the green corrosion off the battery connections....

Teflon may not be the best choice.
I use standard electric de-ox compound.
You should check other connections. Check the ground connection to the frame.
Inspect the crimp connectors. There could be corrosion inside the crimps.
