I also agree with the charging of hikers, skiers, and those who try to ride out hurricanes. They will call 911 a few hours later, crying like a little girl, and BEG the police to risk THEIR lives to save his. I would also add ice fishermen who go out after being warned about the thin ice, who then call screaming for the Coast Guard to pluck them off the ice floe that they are sailing towards the open sea upon.......and who THEN have the AUDACITY to complain that the Coast Guard didn't manage to save their fishing gear, their catch, and the new pick up truck that they drove out onto the ice with!
