Ha ! Had not even considered ice -fishing...not an'
issue in my parcel of Arizona. I did see, on the Tele,
a gent that hauled a portable "fishin'-cabin" out on
to the ice...complete with recliner, t.v. , heater,
beverages, and bed. Drilled a hole right in the "living
room" floor and fished ! Even had a bag a Cheetos for
snackin'. How the heck do they calculate if the ice can
support them...and how do they tell when it's time to
head for shore ??? Obviously, by your post..some get it
wrong...not sure I'd be comfortable sleeping out there...
unless I had a wet suit and life-preserver. Ice fishing
would probably qualify as a whole separate enforcement
section under existing Stupid Motorist laws. Thanks for
