Kids run and scream. That's what they do but Parents must teach them to respect others and keep it quiet or they will take measures.
In Michigan, when wife's family reunion is on, there is a large family, that gather each year at that campground, for their reunion. Never had a problem and made friends with them. Lot of kids. They probably caused us to irk someone though. Leaving they would do the yank the horn thing and well we did once or twice.
Everyone sees what raising kids by TV and Computer without Parenting has brought.
I can't pinpoint the years but during the 70s it was still Kids, with manners, as the norm. Around cities that seems to have changed but perhaps not all cities.
