- aruba5erExplorerWhy does anyone think that thee was damage to the rv. Sand is soft. I would be more suspect of the PU that pulled him out. Transmission mostly. I bought my C with 32,000 miles on it and less than 8 months after they made it. and had NO trouble in the 18 years I had it. The worst thing was they really needed to change the transmission oil. Black as the ace of spades. Changed oil and filter and never again. never had trouble.Makes good video though.
- 2012ColemanExplorer IIYour post might have just as well stated "Use clean toilet paper".
- bikendanExplorerthe big flag on the back, is the flag of Portugal so could be some European tourists probably way out of their element there.

Every time, and it happens a lot, I get passed by some Chucklehead going 75-80+in a Class C, it is a rental. :E People drive the "heck" out of them with no thought, much less concern, for just how potentially damaging and dangerous this sort of abuse is. It is testament to the strength of the V-10 that more rentals don't end up destroyed. This gives you a pretty good idea of how these folks treat all of the other on board systems. If you are buying a rental I wish you luck! :R
I wouldn't worry about a V10...75-80 in a class C is no big deal. How do you think they get driven in repo trucks?! - Desert_CaptainExplorer III

Like Jeff Foxworthy said" buying a rental car is like going to a brothel to find a wife. Anything driven that long and that hard, you don't want to be sticking your key in it". :B
LMAO!
Thanks for the best giggle I've had on this Forum in a very long time. :B - suprzExplorer

Boy! And we thought we were mistreating a rental car when we drove it to the top of Pikes Peak!
Or in OUR case - to the bottom of Death Valley ;-) - RedGExplorerI'd like to see what the black and gray water plumbing system looked like after that.

What morons. Here in Florida it's rental cars that get driven through the surf at Daytona and a few other beaches. I have seen cars stuck in the surf with waves breaking over the fenders.
It happens in Pismo all the time. I've seen trailers practically get washed away into the surf.
