I'll be honest - after we bought a condo in FL to enjoy for Snowbirding, we sold our 5th wheel; and bought a Transit T-250 mid-roof cargo van that I converted into a "steel tent" with a nice bed, a portapotty, fantastic fan, and small sink. We took some fun sightseeing trips, and if we encountered weather that was too hot/cold/rainy, we simply stayed in hotels. Worked great.
Enter Covid - now I'm not so keen on sharing a hotel room; or using the campground facilities that had been our "missing bathroom" for the Transit. Well, the Transit is going to get sold because this week I bought a small TT - I suspect our camping experiences will be weekends spent site-camping with our adult kids who also own RVs. I really want to be self-contained while the virus is raging....
